A woman is taking Trey to court for an alleged beat down during a party at his home. She claims Trey choked her, then began to beat her. He threw her two cellphones down a hill then later apologized to her gvae her money for the phones then called her a cab to go home. She went right to the cops. Trey is goign to court March 27th.
