Here's Why You Recognize Bo From "Dumplin'" On Netflix

If you haven't watched Dumplin' on Netflix yet, well, what are you waiting for? The movie follows Willowdean Dixon as she starts a "revolution in heels" by entering her mom's pageant to prove that girls of all shapes and sizes are beauty queen material. Along the way, Willowdean falls in love with her co-worker Bo Larson. Their adorable relationship will give you ALL. THE. FEELS!

When you're done drooling over Bo, you'll probably start to wonder why he looks so darn familiar. It turns out, we've actually been watching actor Luke Benward's work for years. The now 23-year-old first graced the big screen as Billy in How to Eat Fried Worms

You also know Luke from his work as child genius Charlie Tuttle in the Disney Channel Original Movie Minutemen

He starred in a number of other Disney Channel projects, including Girl vs. Monster, Cloud 9, Girl Meets World, and Good Luck Charlie

Some longtime fans are feeling a bit protective of their fave actor now that Dumplin' has really put his star on the map. "If you didn't love Luke Benward at his Minutemen, then you don't deserve him at his Dumplin'," one fan wrote on Twitter.

According to his IMDB page, we'll be seeing a lot more of Luke in the near future. He's got three upcoming projects, so, his star is definitely going to continue to rise. For now, though, let's all just stream Dumpin' on Netflix again and again.
