This Saturday night, March 30, 2019, it's the 20th annual Philly Fur Ball! This yearly event benefits the Morris Animal Refuge, the oldest animal shelter in the United States,at 1242 Lombard Street. Morris houses stray animals, feeds them, adopts them out, and attends to their medical needs. The Fur Ball is their biggest fundraiser of the year. This year's theme for this always fun and fabulous night is "A Night At The Carnival", and you can get tickets right HERE!
Come out and mingle, eat drink and dance with your fellow animal lovers. See some of the animals who are in the refuge now, and hear their stories. You can even adopt if you are ready! Check out the great items at a terrific silent auction. As a proud member of the Board at Morris, I hope to see you there at the 23rd Street Armory at 22 South 23rd Street this Saturday night.
I promise you'll have a great time while you help the animals!
