James Bond Takes A Tumble!

Shooting on the latest James Bond film was suspended following an injury to star Daniel Craig. The actor fell while sprinting on the set in Jamaica last week, hurt his ankle pretty bad, and was flown to the U.S. for X-rays. I haven’t heard how long the production might be delayed, but filming at the end of the week has been canceled. At 51, Craig has been injured being 007 before.  Craig performs many of his own dangerous stunts. He had two teeth knocked out in “Casino Royale”; sliced off the tip of a finger and tore a shoulder muscle more than once, and eventually had surgery on that shoulder.  He also injured his knee during a fight scene for his most recent outing as the super spy in 2015’s “Spectre.”

Before filming started, Daniel Craig said this would be his last Bond film, and rumors are rampant that Idris Elba will take the 007 role over after that. In interviews, though, Elba has stated reasons why he wouldn't want to play the role of the hot spy. One Bond at a time, please.....
