Simone Biles Is The Greatest Gymnast Of All Time

She has more medals than her age...25...she's 22, and that proves that Simone Biles is the greatest gymnast of our time, or any time in history. On Sunday at the World Championships, Biles received her 24th and 25th world medals, both gold, of course.

Simone actually took 5 of the 6 golds to be won at the Worlds in Stuttgart, Germany, winning gold in the all-around, vault, floor and beam. She took 5th in the uneven bars. She won the beam competition by more than half a point, even though she decided not to perform the difficult dismount that's named for her, a double-double back called the "Biles". That's because the FIG, the International governing body for gymnastics, decided to rate it differently, saying they made this decision for the gymnast's safety. No problem, Simone scraped it, and got the gold anyway!

But on the floor Biles soared with a triple twisting double back, also named for her. She could have actually removed a twist from each tumbling pass and still won, said one announcer at the events. Biles indeed captured the event a full point higher than her second place US teammate Sunias Lee. Congratulations to Simone Biles on an unbelievable, unprecedented achievement!
