There’s been plenty of rumors about it — and it looks like it’s actually happening!
Collider reports that “Hocus Pocus 2” is officially in the works, expected to premiere on Disney+, their new streaming service.
Jen D’Angelo, a “Workaholics” writer and co-producer, has been tapped to write it and also find a way to include Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy (because let’s face it - it wouldn’t be the same without them.)
None of those three have signed yet, but execs at Disney+ are apparently hopeful they will. No release date has been given yet.
