Broad Street Run Is Officially Postponed

Unsurprisingly, Philadelphia's Broad Street Run officially announced today that it would be postponed until October due to the Coronavirus.

Here is the latest info from the city, released today:

Race organizers with the City of Philadelphia have decided to postpone the 2020 Blue Cross Broad Street Run to October 4, 2020. This decision was not taken lightly. Based on recommendations by the CDC and after consulting with the City Health Department, this is the best way to keep all runners, volunteers, staff, and spectators as safe as possible during the #COVID19 outbreak.
This is an evolving situation and details are still being worked out. An FAQ has been developed to answer some of your questions. In the meantime, runners can go to their user profile on runsignup.com to defer their bib to 2021 or transfer their bib, and the $15 transfer fee will be waived.
Thank you for your support and understanding during this time and please stay safe.
