Are you a fan of McDonald's? Then you know the standard items on the menu here in the US, and even though the fast food giant is always changing things up and adding new items, you may like their menu even better if it had some items from McDonald’s across the world. There are some eats here I've never even heard of but would love to try...how about you?
At Canada McDonald's you can feast on something called a Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry, made with vanilla soft serve swirled with milk chocolate pieces and the creme from the center of those classic candies. Oh, yum. So just eat dessert! Canada also serves up Poutine, Canadian-style fries covered with thick gravy and cheese curds. Cheese curds?
In McDonald's in Great Britain, how about some Veggie Dippers? This vegan item is blend of red pepper and sundried tomato pesto, coated in crispy golden breadcrumbs.
Japan has an great sounding chicken sandwich, a Double-Yaki Chicken Filet. With teriyaki sauce, this crispy chicken sandwich is a little different that what we're used to in the US. You can also get Sweet corn. It's just a cup of corn, but a nice, buttery cup.
Try a croissant in the Netherlands McDonald's with your choice of filling: Nutella, apricot jam or fresh strawberries. That sounds great!
Mickey D's in Sweden has a McSelection Crispy Cheese Roasted Pepper for cheese lovers. It's a sandwich...a crispy cheese “patty” with burger toppings, a chunky tomato and red pepper sauce, and something they call McFeast Sauce.
So when it's time to travel again, get some international flavor if you stop to get a bite at McDonald's.
