Lori Loughlin & Husband Agree To Plead Guilty In College Admissions Scandal

The college admissions scandal looks like it may be close to over — with news breaking today that Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli will agree to plead guilty to conspiracy charges.

Lori Loughlin will admit to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, while her husband will agree to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and honest services wire and mail fraud

Loughlin’s plea agreement will call for serving two months in prison, along with a $150,000 fine, and two years of supervised release with community service. Her husband’s agreement, however, will call for 5 months in prison, a $250,000 fine, and 2 years of supervised release with 250 hours of community service.
