Wouldn't it be great if you could just get the dog to do the dishes?
Well, until canines evolve that far, it's up to humans to clean the dishes in the sink and put them in the dishwasher. But a new survey of 2000 Americans says this is something we fight about!
Yes, the average American household will see 217 arguments a year – about the dishes!
Imbalanced dish washing duties are a major source of dissatisfaction in relationships. The study from SWNS Digital asked 2,000 Americans who own dishwashers about the dish washing habits that make them tick and found households see an average of 18 dish-based arguments a month.
What's the most common fight about? It's about who should empty the dishwasher, followed by disagreements over leaving dishes in the sink to soak. This is my house, with my husband and I, is it yours? (unless you have to do them ALL the time...by yourself...then it's time for curb side takeout..)
Like I said, If only the dog could load instead of lick the dishwasher.
