Justin Timberlake Officially Apologizes to Britney Spears & Janet Jackson

In a surprise move, Justin Timberlake has apparently heard the backlash from the new New York Times & Hulu documentary, "Framing Britney Spears", and has penned an apology to not only Britney - but Janet Jackson as well.

He writes, in part: "I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson both individually, because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed."

This appears to be the first time he's actually addressing many of things that the new documentary is bringing back to the spotlight. Fans have been unhappy for quite some time of the singer's treatment of Spears and Jackson over the years. Timberlake did not step up to defend Jackson after her infamous 2004 Super Bowl performance either.
