This Show Is Ending After 28 Years

Conan O'Brien is saying goodbye to late night. The upcoming "Conan" finale was first revealed last fall. Fans shouldn't worry about O'Brien disappearing, however. After "Conan" ends, the host will pivot from his long time gig at TBS to a weekly variety series on HBO Max, and it's top priority for the steaming network, as they've been waiting for Conan to become part of their line-up. O'Brien's show on HBO Max will be what they're calling "a departure" from his current talk-show format, but specific details haven't been revealed yet. O'Brien is having a lot of fun on his last week of shows, in fact, this past Tuesday night he smoked a joint with pot lover Seth Rogen after Seth pulled one out and fired it up. (it's legal in California!) The 58 year old Conan has been on for 28 years, and will end his nightly TBS talk show Thursday night, June 24th.
