Hey next time you want to take that nap you should! A new study is suggesting a 30 minute nap helps reduce stress and helps your heart! In fact research published in the Journal "Heart"found adults who take daytime naps once or twice a week had a lower risk of heart problems! Many other countries close down business during the day to nap. maybe we should also? Catch some zzz's and enjoy!
