When you walk into a store you get the all too familiar question "Is there anything I can help you with?" Some shoppers like this others don't want to be bothered. There is a solution now found in some Sephora stores. When you visit Sephora, you can select between a red basket that signals you want assistance or a black basket that signals that you want to shop on your own. They call it the "assist me" basket This feature is not here in the USA... yet! Do you think it works? Interesting concept!.
