Which weight loss tip would you use?

It is probably the biggest new year's resolution... getting in shape and losing weight. Which one of these weight loss tips would you employ to achieve your goal?

#1- Eat breakfast 90 minutes later than usual and eat dinner 90 minutes earlier than usual. Eat nothing outside this 6-8 hour window

#2 - eat one meal 2 days a week then eat normally the rest of the week. I am trying tip # 1! Always consult your doctor on what is best for you! Good luck with your goal.
