'The Talk' Loses Its Second Co-Host In Two Weeks

"The Talk" is losing its second co-host in a span of two weeks.

Less than two weeks after Carrie Ann Inaba revealed that she would not be returning to the CBS daytime talk show, Elaine Welteroth announced this week that she's exiting the show after only one (tumultuous) season.

Welteroth joined the show back in January with Amanda Kloots in a reboot of the cast at the time. Since then, Sharon Osbourne has departed, and now Inaba and Welteroth.

Elaine said in a statement: "It is an absolute honor for anyone, but especially a young Black woman, to occupy space on-air where our perspectives are largely underrepresented. It was gratifying to be able to show up as my authentic self in front of a live national audience every day in a world as divided as ours and to stay true to myself and what I stand for."

That leaves Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, and Jerry O'Connell in the panel.
