Oatmeal Breakfast Bars That Will Change Your Life!

I don't love to cook, but I do think it's important to be healthy, and cooking at home is one of the best ways to do that.  I discovered this AWESOME holistic chef named Laura Lea Balanced.  She's A-MAZ-ING!  I found her on Instagram, but she has a blog, and a cookbook.  

She created these NO-OIL Oatmeal Bars that are INSANE!  I made BOTH.  I will say, I did add BOTH 2/3 cups of unsweetened applesauce AND 2/3 cups of Pumpkin.  I felt it made them alot more moist.  (Sorry if you hate that word). HA!
