2020 Presidential Candidate Joe Biden announced today that he will base his entire presidential campaign right here in Philly, just ahead of his rally this Saturday at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. His national headquarters will be in Center City, and expected to have about 50 staffers to start. His campaign manager said they’re “proud to anchor their campaign in the birthplace of American democracy.” Biden is currently running with 22 others for the Democratic nomination for president.
